Refund and Returns Policy

At Bee Bharath, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in preparing and packing our natural bee products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and natural wellness products, we do not accept returns for opened or used items.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package was tampered with during delivery

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product/package
  • Brief description of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after verifying the issue reported.

Eligible cases include:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing product in order

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be required for refund processing.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
    OR
  • Store credit
    OR
  • Full/partial refund

depending on the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened food products
  • Used wellness products
  • Customized or special orders
